Meet The Team

Hi Friends! I'm Hanna and I host the evening Yin, Vinyasa and Flow into yin sessions. If you've shared space with me, you know that the time we spend together is truly for you. I encourage you to rest, as deeply as you can. To connect with your breath and the sensations within your body and to challenge the inner voice that holds you back. I started my yoga journey 10 years ago after sustaining a back injury. I was taking pain killers to numb basically everything. After realizing that I was taking them after the pain was gone I decided to drag myself off the couch and instinctively began moving into cat/cow. Yoga has been the solid foundation I've needed over the years to keep coming home to myself, over and over again. That's all I wish for those that study with me. I host a 300hr Hatha, 100hr Yin, over 1000hrs of documented education over the three years of certification as well as 100hr vipassana meditation course. I completed the integrative trauma practicioners course through the Aura institute two years ago and I use those methods in my sessions. At the end of the day it doesn't matter how many hours you have or where you've been. It's about keeping fellow students safe and secure in a supported space and that's exactly what I do. Esther is a Holistic Healer, Reiki Practitioner, and Tantra Yoga instructor on Vancouver Island. Certified in Tantra Yoga from Ecuador, Central America, Esther has studied all around the World, and loves to explore new countries and cultures to enhance her Yoga teachings and methods as a holistic healer. Esther’s greatest passion in life is to teach others how to heal the mind, body and soul, and brings this element into each of her Tantra Yoga classes for her students.

Jim has been practising yoga since 2005. Having suffered multiple injuries from a car accident as a young man, he has tried many avenues for recovery and has found yoga and Pilates to be most beneficial for his long-term health. He took Bikram Hot Yoga teacher training in 2009 and has had many years of practice and teaching. In 2018 he took an Inferno Hot Pilates course (HIIT) with Gabi Walters and has been teaching ever since. In 2019 he took a Yin training course in Costa Rica.
