Service Description
A variation on the 26&2 sequence. This practice will assist in building muscle, balance, strength and flexibility. It consists of two breathing exercises and 26 asanas. Encouraging focus, concentration, discipline, mental clarity and stress alleviation. A sequence that originates from Gosh's Yoga College of India.
