Service Description

A sequence that originates from Gosh's Yoga College of India. This 90 minute class consists of two breathing exercises and 26 asanas. This practice will assist in building muscle, balance, strength and flexibility and encourage focus, concentration, discipline, mental clarity and stress alleviation.
