Service Description

This session challenges our minds as well as our bodies to hold balancing postures and connect with our natural breath cycles. The balance and breath practice we host on our mats directly affects our ability to find and maintain balance off our mats. Allow this space to be a sanctuary for you to accept, excel and challenge your understanding of your self limiting beliefs. Monthly series allow us to build on the week before, notice a difference in our bodies from week to week and help us to deepen our personal practices. All levels welcome, props and modifications given.
