Service Description

This sessions primary focus is on the lower half of the body. Prone and supine postures that target hips, pelvis, thighs and lower spine. Dynamic movements help us towards longer holds. Expect 8-12 postures which offer 3-5 minute holds. Intentional focus on breathing into sensations. Learn how to identify your edge, maintain and improve your range of motion and overall mobility in this power centre of the body. Monthly series allow us to build on the week before, notice a difference in our bodies from week to wee and help us deepen our personal practices. All levels welcome, props and modifications given.
