A grounding Hatha-style class that is accessible for all levels while offering a satisfying challenge! This consistent sequence of postures is designed to build strength, balance and flexibility. With an emphasis on alignment, students will discover how breath enhances and integrates their practice. Each teacher adds their unique approach, delivering an enriching and holistic mind-body-spirit experience.
