The hatha yoga poses you know and love, seamlessly linked together and guided by breath. A kind of "moving meditation" that creates flexibility, fluidity and strength of body and mind. The pace is slow to moderate and allows for full sensation exploration to release tension throughout your body. Modifications offered and props available. All levels welcome!
